Why Energy for Weight Loss and Body Image?
Studies find that within 3 years, 95% of dieters will have gained back all that body weight, and often more. That's just the opposite of EFT research, which shows that on average, participants in EFT programs continue losing weight over the course of the following year. This is a one-month program that includes two online Zoom classes, which will be recorded in case you cannot attend. Join us in creating a happy body from the Inside Out - by changing our subconscious mind and energy system.
Since we are complex mental, emotional, and physical beings, we need to take all of these aspects into account. Most weight and body programs focus exclusively on the physical aspect. This is fabulous information, but if we don’t deal with our internal programming, a physical regimen can be too challengin, and we end up not doing the things we know we should do. We will target three areas in this course:
MENTAL
#1. We will identify and release mental programming holding you back from your ideal weight & healthy body image.
EMOTIONAL
#2. We will use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or “tapping” to get to the root of the issue & release it.
PHYSICAL
#3. We will identify and clear whatever is holding you back from a healthy program and reaching your goals.
Tapping for Happy Body & Weight Course
