I really liked the class on I don’t want to! I did it on I don’t want to change the way I eat! (which is like a child ha). I’ve known for years that if I changed this one thing - which is nighttime eating - I would return to my natural thin self, which is what I really want. So I used the technique and saw myself stop eating at dinner - and did it last night and it felt great! Stay tuned - I’m hopeful I can at long last eliminate night time eating.

Just wanted to catch you up a bit from our session yesterday. I haven’t had any real sugar since yesterday. Also I took my son out to dinner and actually “craved “ the salad I chose to eat. It wasn’t a “chore” or “I should eat this” ....it was truly what I desired. I ate half of it and pushed it away. Usually, I have to just say to myself....”you have had enough” and then fight myself to not eat it all. No such thing last night!!!! I ate what I wanted, stopped and had no desire for anything else. I even went to the fridge a few times to just see how I felt and there was no draw what so ever for ANYTHING!!!!! I went and got a muffin at the store this am to test out how I was feeling. I ate 1 bite to see how it would taste.. It tasted fine but wasn’t really what I wanted so I ate a banana instead. (actually, I only ate half the banana).

I have not been hungry at all!!!! I make myself eat a few bites of healthy choices to keep my metabolism going but then easily stop and walk away.

I am amazed and beyond grateful. It’s so weird to not have to fight myself or restrict myself because there are NO CRAVINGS !!!!!

I’ve released around 5 lbs now and the crazy sugary cravings late at night are completely gone. I don’t feel hungry at weird times of day or night anymore… Thank you so much for what you do so that I can do what I’m supposed to do.

Wow.. I feel empowered to see that in the midst of stress and chaos.. I was able to tell how hurt I feel.. I was able to see how I kept putting everyone’s need above mine without realising it. Finally I got to see how much I didn’t value myself ( not in a selfish way), how much I doubted myself .. how much I didn’t appreciate my time above everyone else. I finally decided I need to let others be who they are even if you know how toxic they are.. I felt okay to disconnect without guilt.. wow wow. Robin I can’t thank you enough. I feel more free after the cord cutting with my sister. The NLP trick of seeing myself bigger was a spot on suggestion. In my inner world, she tends to be bigger than me. I recently disconnected from the bigger-smaller dynamic once or twice while in her presence. Feeling grateful for this new awareness.
