Heart Wall
What is a heart wall? When we feel emotional pain or distress, our hearts can be injured, hurt, or broken. Just think of the words 'heartache' or 'heartbreak'. To protect ourselves, we put up a 'wall' around our hearts. This is built out of the energy of trapped emotions.
Unfortunately, the heart wall doesn't dissolve on its own usually, even if we don't need it anymore. So having a heart wall is like living in a bomb shelter. Great for when we need it, but afterward it can be suffocating and we can feel disconnected, numb, sad, or like we are on the inside looking out at life.
What does a heart wall look like? Each person is unique and the 'material' heart walls are made of vary incredibly. Sometimes they are made out of wood, marble, stones, or other building material - or even marshmallow or silly putty!
Each person who attends will find out if they have a heart wall, what it is made of, and learn how to clear it.

This is a very gentle process that does not require you to re-experience any past traumas but rather leaves you feeling lighter.
With distance energy clearing, whatever we clear for one person in the group, will be cleared for everyone in the group. This works even if you watch the recorded session.
