Class #1 - Gratitude Stoppers

Just like weight, money, and happiness - we each have a fairly stable gratitude level that surprisingly stays pretty much the same irrespective of what is happening in our life. Each person will find their own, and at the end of the series we will check in to see how much it has raised.

Mind Map Tapping to Reprogram the Subconscious
We have plenty of good reasons to not be grateful. So many challenging situations exist in life right now, and sometimes our conscious mind just doesn’t want to let go of that. We will use the power of tapping (or you can journal without tapping if you prefer) to loosen these mental programs.

In this class, we'll find out:

  • what our starting gratitude set point is,

  • what the five influencers are,

  • how to clear them,

  • how to re-program ourselves and

  • how to raise that gratitude set point! (which will then attract more things to be grateful for)

30 Days of Emails with new fun gratitudes!

A daily email with a prompt to write a list of +/- 10 things that you feel grateful for, appreciate or feel thankful for. We will have a daily theme, such as 10 things I’m grateful for about my body, my home, the planet, etc. and you can choose to either use our theme or your own inspiration. Every day will also include a scientific study point of interest, a story of gratitude working, a quote - or something you contribute. You will also get a downloadable worksheet to write your gratitudes in, which can be used over and over. In two live classes, we will reprogram with several energetic clearing, releasing, and empowering techniques to Up-Level our Gratitude Vibration. You will also get the exercises as a recording to do on your own time, so totally fine if you can’t make it to the live classes.
When?
Starting Monday, November 1st for 30 days. We will be more authentically thankful for Thanksgiving! (You can join after Nov. 1, you will still get 30 days, one at a time.) The two live classes are: Weds. November 10th, 4:00 - 5:00 pm PST Weds. November 17th, 4:00 -5:00 pm PST You will receive a class recording if you can’t attend live, and do the exercises in your own time.
