What is the Creativity Circle?
It’s a three-month online program and dedicated space for people ready to make steady progress on their priority passion project, backed by the power of energy alignment, structured sessions, and a supportive group. Each week, we’ll come together to clear any energy blocks, work uninterrupted on our goals, and connect in a way that inspires and motivates.
Weekly Creativity Circles – Start each session with a 10-minute energy tune-up to align with your intentions. We then transition into an hour of distraction-free work, ensuring you end each session with tangible progress.
Private Energy Clearing Sessions – Get three personalized one-on-one sessions to release any blocks, whether it’s self-doubt, creative procrastination, or old beliefs that keep you stuck. One session at the beginning of the 3-months, one during and one after.
Ongoing Momentum – With each week’s progress building on the last, you’ll see your project evolve from idea to action, step by step.
Energy & Action Journal: Tracking Your Intentions and Progress – Optional fillable worksheet for your weekly intentions, accomplishments, and ahas, and to record energy tools to use on your own when you need a boost.

You will get the recording with the energy process and a full hour of creation time with a count-down timer, so you can do it at a time that works for you. The Tracking Worksheet will have 12 Boxes to keep track of your own progress. If you are interested in another time of day, email me, and if there is enough interest, we could have another cohort.

No, you don't have to share anything out loud, and you can choose to have your camera off the whole time.

No! Just follow along the energy techinques we do in the beginning, and they will work, whether you’re familiar with them or not.

Sometimes, we have a certain belief or trapped emotion that keeps us from succeeding in a new venture. It may be a belief that it’s unsafe to do something so marvelous or feel that we aren’t worthy. There will be one 30-minute private session before or towards the beginning of the 3 months, one during the process, and one after you have completed twelve sessions of work. Massive growth often brings up things to clear.

I also have some travel plans, and it’s actually one reason I have kept putting it off! On my end, we will either have a fabulous co-host, or I will record the energy and writing session and everyone can do it at that time or on their own time. You can do all 12 creativity blocks whenever you want in the 3-month period.

In the Nurturing Progress Worksheet, you will have a place to record how much you intend to do each week. You could use this time more as a weekly checkpoint rather than expecting to get everything done in one hour a week.

If there is room in the circle, yes! We will have a class document with all the recordings on it, so you can do the sessions we’ve already done. As soon as you do the twelve work sessions, you can do the third energy session.
