We are energy, and our physical body is a manifestation of our energy. If you are experiencing physical or emotional symptoms, you may have energetic blocks in the body and subconscious mind. The Emotion Code™ & Body Code™ are powerful methods of releasing these blockages to allow for efficient healing. Any challenging life experience or stress can create a trapped emotion.

Monthly Membership - How Does it Work?
The Energy Clearing Circle is a group membership that will meet twice a month, usually on the first and third Wednesday, to continually and regularly clear energy blocks for increased joy, health, abundance, better relationships, and much more!
For example, if you were never allowed to speak your truth growing up, the throat chakra may be constricted, which could lead to thyroid issues. As we change our energy, our physical bodies get lighter and healthier. As soon as you join, you will be in The Energy Clearing Circle, and what we clear for one person will be cleared for everyone in The Circle.

Two Monthly Live Energy Clearing Circles. We will meet for one hour online, usually every first and third Wednesday via Zoom, 4:00 - 5:00 pm Pacific Time, 7 pm Eastern Time. The first part will be a Golden Nugget - an important teaching or group healing for something that comes up frequently for many people. The next section is for individual clearings and healings. You will have a form to submit requests whether you can attend live or not. I’ll ask for your intention and what’s in the way. For example, “I want to be happily writing my book and I feel totally blocked”, “I want a great relationship with my son and he isn’t speaking with me”, or “I want to have vitality and health and I feel sluggish and don’t sleep well.”
I will check in and clear the top thing for that issue. For example, I may find indecisiveness, embarrassment, and a subconscious fear of shining. I will clear it for the person asking, and everyone else will also receive those same clearings. (It’s fine If you don’t have that particular energy, it won’t hurt to be clearing it, it’s not something you would ‘catch’.)

These clearings work whether you know it is being done or not. Two of my favorite stories exemplify this so well. One woman had a 16-month-old granddaughter who had NEVER slept through the night and was nervous because the baby was staying with her while the parents were moving. I cleared a trapped physical trauma energy from birth, and another trapped emotion she got from the mother, and voila, she has slept through the night, every night since. (This was about a 5-minute clearing, and life-changing.) Another time a dog who had undergone surgery on his leg had successfully walked again, but the day after our clearing session he started running and chasing his ball and was back to his normal playful self, even though the surgery was months ago. Neither the baby or the dog consciously knew anything about the session, so to me, this shows the reality of energy and how it isn’t just all in the mind.

You will get the energy clearing whether you come live, listen later, or don’t even listen. Once you join the Energy Clearing Circle, you will receive all the clearings whether you hear them or not. You will have the opportunity to submit your clearing request via a form the day before.

No, each person is totally anonymous and you don't have to share anything out loud, and even the clearing requests can be submitted anonymously or with your name or a nickname or initials.

Both! You don’t have to have any prior knowledge. I will be teaching at the same time as clearing, so you will be learning as you go. I share some of the best tips that I’ve found for effectiveness and speed, and I’ll also bring in other modalities as they come up.

Yes, you can clear for your children under the age of 18, or anyone in your own household over that age that has given their permission.
